Silver coloured watch case that accompanies 004.42.1, gold-filled Omega wrist watch. The lid has a gold coloured square insert with a silver coloured Greek Omega symbol on it. The hinge is spring loaded. The interior of the box is lined with dark red velvet and has a black square on the top with a Greek Omega symbol and the word "Omega" in a gold font. The bottom front edge of the interior has a brown metal insert with the word "Century" inscribed in gold. |
